"Worst customer service! The street corn was bland and when we told the gentleman that brought it out, he shrugged his shoulders, another gentleman came by and we told him to please call the manager and he said we don’t have a manager and I wasn’t even here and walked away. By the way, they don’t have name tags so I couldn’t even addressed them by name! (It is Wednesday August 2, 2023 3:30pm) My husband and I were shocked by their response and lack of interest in keeping the customer happy needless to say we will NOT be returning. Bad food and horrible customer service? No Thank you.!"

"2 words massive burrito! It's like Chipotle but so much better. Period! There's something for everyone and options to suit the pickiest people. The hot salsa isn't screaming hot. Was told it was 7 out of 10 closer to a 6-10 but still good. The barbacoa was perfect the counter employee was great. They didn't have the big tortillas for the massive burrito but he asked if it was ok to sub smaller to make the burrito correctly. That's a big plus. Overall experience was good prices hit perfectly for the size of the portions. Great little place to check out in Lasalle."

"we quickly sat by friendly staff and commissioned us to scan a QR code for the menu and order from our phone. After our order was submitted, I noticed some things that were added by the server. I canceled the order and we were offered paper menus from which we order. the food came so fast after we had ordered that we felt that our thoughts were read before the time and the staff was waiting for confirmation. the ahi tostadas were delish, loaded with paprika and very spicy. the chicken mol enchiladas were delicious but hardly warm. the drinks were good. we ate outside, the weather was great, and we didn't feel rushed."

"Great food as always, fast service, Johnathan was on point, told him what I was looking for as it had been a year since coming to Torchy's, and tried to remember what I wanted off the secret menu, he called it out immediatley. "We love Torchy’s Tacos. We first had Torchy’s in Dallas and anytime we can find one in a new city, we have to go. The food is excellent. The staff is great and the atmosphere is great. The restaurant is very clean and open and the menu is easy to read.They have a lot of unique tacos to choose from. There is also a kids menu and plenty of delicious “fun drinks” as my kids call it. When we say “fun drinks” we are not talking about coke products but more of the juice/tea dispensers that they have. There was a mango one that was really delicious.I also want to note that the bathrooms were really clean and there was easy parking.Kid-friendliness: Our kids loved the tacos that they ordered and they enjoyed their fun drinks. They do use “.damn” in their marketing and it’s in big letters on the wall"

"I usually get the Brush Fire and the Baja Shrimp and whatever the taco of the month is. I recommend you try the taco of the month each month. Obviously by the time you read this whatever was the taco of the month will no longer be. But the last two months November and December they've been fire. Really good. They're generally really good. So check them out. Fair warning, the sauce on the brush fire is really hot. I like spicy food but, it's about the limit of my enjoyment.I like Torchy's for the most part. The only bad experience I've had is with take out. I wouldn't do takeout. The tacos are just a little expensive, and sometimes there's a crowd and a wait for your order. And it's order at the counter, no service. But generally I think it's the best of the taco places. Although I'm always on the lookout for an independent."

"Visited with a family friend/large group here after a graduation at the nearby T-Mobile Center. Food was terrific and so was the service. We arrived just as it opened and the staff handled the walk in and mobile orders efficiently and quickly (and with a genuine smile, which is always a plus in my book). The staff was kind enough to let us invade a large dining area to the rear. I had the Steak and Swiss sandwich with fries while another family member munched on a quseadila. "Chorizo on nachos was so greasy/ oily that it leaked out of the cardboard container that was lined in aluminumfoil , and the chorizo tacos were even worse. Oil from the chorizo soaked the entire tortillas and left pools of oil in the container. Literally dripping oil. Immediately upset my stomach."
