"Consistency is the key. For years this place has supplied delicious food with a cool atmosphere. I've been here for years, this is my first review for her, but I come here and love her fried Tofu court. It has peppers n onions mixed with it and the sauce is sweet n sticky. People are nice and attentive, even while they are busy. I went in a Friday night, was immediately and politely helped at the bar, and was pleasantly surprised that they also had live music. A guy with a jazz guitar sings pretty good?.especially the Steely Dan Cover. The employees are clearly industrial vests, and I'm glad they survived that? Demic. Long live Mosaic!"
