"The quality of the hookah was poor and the service was slow, taking over an hour and a half to address a simple issue. The manager seemed more interested in socializing and smoking hookah with other patrons than ensuring everyone's needs were met. Overall, the experience was disappointing and it seems that customer satisfaction is not a priority.
The menu, which used to feature visuals and a variety of options, is now a plain, confusing laminated sheet. While some may appreciate the minimalist design, it can be confusing for newcomers. After multiple disappointing experiences, I have decided not to return with my friends. There are many other hookah bars in the area, and unless they make significant improvements beyond just the aesthetics, I do not see myself returning to this establishment."
