"Came in for my husbands birthday tonight and had a wonderful meal with excellent service. As always the fried cauliflower was delicious with the Parmesan sauce. My husband chose the chicken wrap with soup and I had the Mediterranean salad and added shrimp. The star of the show was by far the salad loaded with veggies and tons of large shrimp. Huge portion. I ate and ate and ate and still took what felt like an entire serving home for later. I love the menu here with cauliflower and veggie options. Very health focused. Love the ambiance at this hotel. Beautiful water views and the patio area with fire pits and ocean waves is gorgeous. Located at the “Cavalier complex” as I call it it’s one of three Hilton hotels here and all are lovely. Brunch here is supposed to also be wonderful and is on my list!"

"I 've been to Carter 's Landing a number of times since it opened. At the beginning, the service was fantastic with the staff being very energetic and going out of their way to make the experience wonderful. The menu was extensive and creative and the food was served hot and delicious. I went last Fall around Thanksgiving and was not at all impressed with the service. The place was very quiet with few diners. Rather than seat the guests in one of the dining areas the staff had us seated all over. With a small staff they couldn 't look after the guests properly. Service was extremely slow, food was delivered cold and was all around a very poor dining experience. I said I wouldn 't go back. Well, I was looking for a place for brunch and saw this available so decided to try it again. There was no mention of a buffet only and the website only showed a brunch menu. As my last visit, the service was horrible. We ordered coffee to begin and when it was brought about 5 or more minutes later, the server didn 't bring milk and cream, even after asking if we wanted those when we ordered the coffees. Then, a few minutes later she only brought 2 milks and 2 creamers. It was the same for our refills! The buffet at $22 a person was sparse. The 'kid ' making the omelets, crepes and waffles seemed well out of his element. Omelets were stuck to the pan, over cooked and only one at a time. Not much better on the crepes. The rest of the buffet, which consisted of 3 trays of hot items and a small table of cheese, fruit and deserts was not enough. Hot items were cold and uninspiring. It 's sad that Carter 's Landing seems to be so mismanaged because the location is absolutely perfect and begging for a place like this should be, but the bad management, poor service and lack of food quality is going to spell the end of this place which should be absolutely thriving! It 's sad actually!"

"I recommend D. Michael B for your next party. They were so easy to work and record. Our group of 25 was in the north of the balcony where we felt comfortable and surprisingly private. "This place looks so cool and old school! Finally got to try this place and OMG the Pretzel Burger was delicious ? got some egg and bacon in there. Had to order me a gyro too, everything was just delicious. Definitely have to come back and get more food. "We've been to this restaurant in Miami many times, as well as in other cities. Maybe it was because we sat outside, just a street view with lots of traffic. Maybe its because our server was not up to par or maybe it was because my husband ordered cobia and received snapper? Server was spotty and didn't check on us much. She also proceeded to inform my husband that the chef said that is cobia LOL. We live in Key West. My husband has fished all his life. We know what cobia looks like. On the other hand, both our dishes were scrumptious and the fish fresh. Just felt like an off night for us. We will probably be back sometime but not very soon"

"First time patronizing this establishment. I took my boyfriend out for his Birthday celebration dinner. We had a reservation and were taken upstairs. Taste Kitchen was able to accommodate moving our reservation from 7:45 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. The waitress, Morgan, was friendly and very helpful on ordering options. I loved the vibe of the place. It was a busy Saturday night, however, we enjoyed our dining experience. The food was amazing and delicious! Definitely will go back!"

"I got the combo, jerk chicken (dark meat) and beef oxtail. The food is delicious, the portions are large for what you pay, so it well worth it. The actual restaurant maybe need an upgrade; maybe if someone invest in it and help out the owners to do an upgrade and make it more presentable, it would be nice. There was also a problem with my oxtail, where I only had bones instead of meat and bones, so the chef at first said that’s how they come and there is not much he can do, so I was bumped out, but as I left to finish my food out with my friend, he comes out with a medium to go box filled with just the meat. It was a super nice gesture; maybe should have said that in the beginning so I don’t start telling my friends that they couldn’t help me! But overall I give A+ to the food and how it tastes like, giving me what I ordered B+, customer service A-, and how the place looks and cleanliness C+."

"I wish I found this place earlier. Now that we finally found Richies, we order food once a week. There is no other place where my husband, my daughter and I all love. None of us had a bad meal and the service is excellent. The first time I went in to get my order, a woman suspected who I was, called me with name, led me into the register and got my order right away. "I visited the Sandbar the other day for the first time to have a drink on their patio. A few things were upsetting to me. I understand there is a pandemic, however I didn’t need to be inundated with this info when I sat down...at a table. I went out to forget what’s going on and was continually reminded of the pandemic from the hostesses to our waitress. I was told they didn’t have menus and I had to use my cellphone and QVC code to look at their menu. I ordered a drink and couldn’t stay bc I was getting eaten alive by mosquitos. Perhaps they can put up some form of meshing to block the bugs that are breeding in the water around their patio. I was going to order food, but the environment was very uncomfortable for me. I’m sorry, I won’t be returning."

"I'm not going to go into a long lead over my dinning experience. Instead, I'm meeting some key points. Apparently, menus are not available. They are directed to a QR code at a corner of the table. Of course nobody tells you. Condiments must be requested at the time of the order. In fact, salt and pepper shakers are not even present. I could accept the empty ketchup bottle presented with the meal, there is a kind of spice shortage I didn't know about. Fish (Halibut Perch) previously frozen. The soggy texture is something to see. No spices were used when these poor fish were baked. The whole mood was strange. From the empty table top to the broken plastic basket, the $28 meal was served. You cannot put your toe in full service restaurant Biz. They are either all in, or simply a fast food outlet. PS of the server was attentive and this review is not a reflection about it. He only does what he tells and serves what is given to him."
