"Staff not friendly at all. They used to have great customer service.... such a shame. The Ox tails haven't been tender the last couple times we had them and when we order large, definitely not giving us the full large. Left off the plantains off all three plates with no mention. Just not the same anymore. We gave it a few tries before giving up."

"The place this night was not was I expected it to be. It looked like it would be a cool restaurant/lounge but that was not the case. They were out of a lot of food items and also they only have one person that knows how to operate hookah and they were not in that day. If they are gonna offer hookah daily then the entire staff needs to be knowledgeable. Also my food was really spicy but flavorful which is good. The food did come in pretty big portions, just wish they had all the options that I wanted."
