"HORRIBLE SERVICE....I ordered through door dash.... over 30 min has passed since my order has been placed.. I contacted the restaurant to inquire the status of my order being that on the door dash app I'm not seeing any progress.. I was instructed bysome woman over the phone at the restaurant, to be honest I don't even think she thoroughly checked for my order due to howprompt she was with this response to contact doordash regarding my order for them to have a better answer in the door dash it'sclearly communicated the restaurant receive the order...I have reached the representative with doordash and it was thenindicated this restaurant only uses their courier so you're unable to track your order on doordash..This makes absolutely nosense! if this is so then this restaurant should take into not using doordash services or any third party delivery service asthis does not ease peace of mind for customer to track their orders. To my understanding your funds are withdrawn for an orderand theirs no status to show what's happening how can a customer be secured their order will be delivered. THEY HAVE FAILEDTREMENDOUSLY WITH THIS EXPERIENCE. AFTER THIS RATING THEY SHOULD REVISE THEIR DELIVERY METHODS CAUSE THIS DOES NOT HELPCUSTOMERS"
