"I ordered online during the snowstorm at about 430pm. On my way to pick up the order, my dog and I were rear ended by an ambulance. Because the accident involved 4 other cars, paperwork took almost 3 hours. Thankfully, nobody was hurt. During that time I kept in communication with the staff at Jersey Mikes on S Broadway. They picked up the phone every time I called and they were sincere in their concern. By the time I got to the store it was it was past 7pm. Not only did they remake my sandwiches fresh for me, they even threw in a couple cookies for my rough day! They were all in such a good mood and super sweet to me. Working, during a snowstorm and still happy! Honestly, they made my day! What a crew you have over there, very impressive!"
