"We made a reservation for 6:30 via open table. Upon arrival there was no host or hostess to greet you so we waited for the bartender’s attention. The bartender had his back to us for quite some time before he turned around and acknowledged our presence. The place was about half full but we were told there was about a half hour wait because they were serving a big group “that came late”. We ordered a tap beer and waited. The entire staff showed no sense of hustle or intent to catch up. We were seated after about a half hour, waited another half hour for our order to be taken and then 45 minutes for the food. The entrees were not hot, and appeared to have been sitting under the warmer for awhile. I got the bluegill dinner and got 3 small fillets no more than 3 inches long and it didn’t taste very fresh. My wife got the Coc Au Vin, the chicken was over cooked and dry. We heard the commercial on the radio, tried it and were completely disappointed so we won’t be back."
