"Wow, Jinsei was a treat! Friend and I stayed for dinner on Saturday night. We were too late at 8 and it became dark, but it felt like a very high operation lol. We splashed on Calamari and three sushi roles. The Calamari was light and well cooked, although the diving sauce was a hot chilli oil instead of regular sauce for tempura. It was good, but if I went back I would definitely skip to the app and go straight for the reels because that's where they were shining. The roles are very inspired and interesting. Meat was tender. Hamajiku (Rohr raisins, fig sauce was like no sushi roll I've ever tried. Pretty good. But we loved Sachihoko (Eel/unagi and Hatsu (cove beef). They had more complex flavors that worked so well together, both reels were incredible! We liked Hatsu a little more: food came fast and service was great. Definitely recommend!"
