"I’m new to Webster Groves and have been driving by and wanting to visit this cafe. My family stopped in for breakfast and coffee this morning and loved the vibe. The coffee and pastries were delicious. The workers at the counter were very kind and pleasant. However, we observed several interactions with one employee (apparently the owner) and other customers. She was very rude! When we got up to leave we assumed they cleaned the tables off (first timers here). From where we were sitting we saw no place to put dishes. While we were getting into the car- another new customer came up to us and told us that the owner said “ well I guess those people are too good to bus their own tables”. This was also her first time at the cafe and she informed us that after that interaction she will never be back. You have a cute shop with a great vibe, but YOU, ma’am, sucked all the good energy out of it!! So sad! As a owner you should be making your guests feel welcome. After reading some of the comments on here, it’s clear that this has been an ongoing issue with you. I think you need to work on your customer service skills."
