"I was so happy that a MOE's was coming to town. We already have lots of Tex Mex restaurants but none of them have queso as good as Moe's! I went inside today because the drive thru headsets are all broken, according to the sign. There was one person in there. It's really sad that not one other employee was able to come and help for lunch rush when this woman, I assume a manager, could easily have not opened the store at all. Instead she does the right thing and is probably gets complaint after complaint from customers about something that is not her fault and beyond her control. I waited 20 minutes for my food and it was worth every second I waited because it was delicious and despite being under a ton of pressure, the one employee in there was nice and had great customer service. I hope that places like this will be able to pay their employees more and make it a better place to work. Because it will inevitably become normal for one or two people to work, shorter hours and lower quality, although the food here is high quality. I hope Moe's can take the measures to save this restaurant and make it a place everyone wants to eat and work."
