"Open Table destroys any hope of Rossini's Restaurant getting a favourable review for our visit last night. We booked quite late but the app confirmed the booking was valid and showed places were available and open table app shows the address for Rossini's restaurant but most importantly omits important detail that the restaurant is incorporated inside The Sheraton Hotel. Our taxi dropped us 'near' the hotel but since we were looking for a restaurant we walked past The Sheraton Hotel twice. Rossini's is not signed from the streetWe had a table for but as the place is hidden in a big international cannot miss hotel complex we did not get to Rossini's until We were told the restaurant was closing advertised hours said open until and open table app accepts bookings up to the very helpful service staff at Rossini's arranged for us to be served a meal restricted menu in the hotel 'living room'.The meal was good though we were served baby sized portions. The service was helpful and friendly too.The menu was limited. No chicken dishes.Main points are even if we'd reserved a table for it would still be impossible to find the venue from the information on Open Table. Baht for a bottle of chardonnay in the 'living room' says enough about The Sheraton' s attitude. It is only a bottle of supermarket wine. The saving point may be that although The Sheraton have lost the plot in respect to pricing for a bottle of plonk the cocktails are really nice and at Baht semiaffordable.Summing up, even if we lived in Bangkok we probably couldn't recommend Rossini's Italian Restaurant mainly as we couldn't find it. Advertise properly by clearly showing address detail"
