"My husband and I love to sneak away for an absolutely delicious slice when we're close. It is quite small, but very clean and the window seats is my personal favorite. There are framed stills from NYC on the walls that capture your attention while waiting for your order. It is so close to the beach you can also take a short walk or a ride to the shore and enjoy your pizza there with an incredibly beautiful view while you eat."

"This is my absolute favorite pizza spot in all of Orange County! Their happy hour is phenomenal. You can get a large mug of Modelo for $3.50 and all slices are under $3! The staff are beyond friendly and will remember your order almost every time. It has become an absolute pleasure to become a regular here! The wings and Johnny Fries are also a great feature.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options as long as dairy is not an issue!Kid-friendliness: The kids love this place and the pizza slices are always loved by them.Parking: Parking can get busy during happy hour!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking is very close to establishment."
