"This place has gone downhill since the owners changed. The staff is rude and unfriendly. My daughter went at 2:00 ordered two sandwiches on long rolls. When she saw how short the long rolls were she asked for a third sandwich. They refused to make it because they were closing soon. They close at 3! I live a block away and will drive to another deli where they know how to treat customers."
