"I ordered two pizzas and picked them up without checking it(my mistake). I got home a couple minutes later to realize half the order was totally wrong. I called Johns to see if my other pizza was still there and they told me it had mistakenly been given to someone else. They offered to remake it but we were on a tight schedule and couldn’t postpone dinner. A few minutes later they call to tell me they would like to make the pizza and deliver it to us- no charge. I appreciate their honesty and customer service! We will continue to choose John’s for all our pizza needs!!"

"I wanted to pick up my online order in place and was greeted by a hard / dirty smell that hit me in the face. Not sure what it was. Then I get the counter where I was screamed by a lady who asked if I needed help, and there wasn't obviously someone at the counter. Perhaps more employees need to maintain cleanliness and perhaps some help for the employees already there. I really liked this place, but it's been hard since the opening. Food is still great"
