"I never leave reviews, but this was an egregious case. After waiting an hour for my burger I called to check the status of the order. The guy picked up the phone and told me that the burger was ready to be picked up, on my question when will it be picked up he replied that he doesn’t know. Finally 20 minutes later I have received my burger almost called. When I opened the package I’ve noticed a black hair inside the burger. Threw everything in the garbage. "This was my first time here and I think the last. I ordered a burger and French fries for take out. Waiting time was about 8—10 minutes which is OK with me. When I came home and unpacked the burger it looked and smelled nice. I liked its size and the sauce inside tasted really good BUT the meet was raw. Like really, really raw. I couldn't eat it and unfortunately I had to throw it away. French fries were OK — neither good, nor bad."
