"We waited a long time to be seated after making a reservation earlier in the day. The server seemed like she was new and the hostesses could have facilitated more but they were on their phones and seemed like they weren’t helping to keep the customers happy. The food was good once we got it. It took 20 minutes to be seated and then 20 minutes to get drinks and about 40 minutes to get food. It was a bit disappointing to be honest."

"Returning to a restaurant for the second time and finding it even better than the first is always a great feeling. That was exactly our experience when we went back to JPAN UTC last night. Everything was fantastic, especially their delicious Dragon Roll. We will definitely be returning again in the future."
