"The food at the restaurant is excellent, but unfortunately, they do not allow customers to choose a specific flavor of Snapple when ordering through the app. Although they offer various types of Snapple on their menu, there is no option to select a flavor or make a special request. I was given a diet Snapple instead of my preferred flavor, which was disappointing considering the price I paid. Since this was a group order placed on someone else's app, I am unable to receive a refund. I will reconsider my rating to 5 stars once this issue is resolved and customers are given the option to choose their drink flavor. Artificial sweeteners are not ideal, and should not be the default option for drinks. Customers should be able to select their preferred flavor or make a special request for a specific type of drink."
