"I went through the drive thru on 7/13/23 at 9 30am and asked the employee what is poco that showed on my receipt. He said steak and cook forgot it was a Jr breakfast burrito but only charge for Jr size. When I got home it was all wrong and had ham in it. I brought it back and the employee man said refund for only the burrito not the large diet coke. I said yes. He asked for my debit card and I gave it to him. Then a lady employee gave me my debit card and a receipt. She charged my card again for $3.33 and said it was for the drink. I told her no! I already paid for my drink when I got the burrito. I told the man employee wearing glasses that I want a refund for the burrito I handed back to him and now for a second drink they charged me. He acted like he couldn't speak English. He never refunded me or gave me a new burrito. I called the police to come out. The ov officer said to file a complaint with HQ and call my bank to dispute. These people stole from me. My entire family loves filibertos but now they're going to stop. It's unfortunate this has happened. The stole from me twice. It's disgusting. Zero stars for this business. I just hope I get all my money back. I have the receipts and bank statement. I never got a refund. And no food."

"had the chips and salsa was just craving it said Ill have a few and then give the rest to my partner. by the time I look down the whole box is gone! most delicious chips ever!!!! love them with the nacho cheese and salsa always hot and fresh and salted perfectly. thank you filibertos staff for making anything I order from here so delightful and yummy and such a joyful experience."

"I cannot explain how frustrating it is every time we come to this location. I cannot even count on one hand how many times they've actually gotten our order right whenever we come here. Every time we come here and never seems to fail they get itcompletely wrong. Today I went in and ordered a bacon breakfast burrito with potatoes and green chilies. I got a bacon burritowith pork in it. Who puts pork and a breakfast burrito with bacon and cheese. The last time we got breakfast burritos the baconwas completely burned the time before that we ordered bacon breakfast burritos with potatoes and all we got was potatoes. Anddon't even let me get you started whenever we order dinner there nothing but a complete disappointment and the fact that theyare not cheap really hurts. I recommend you not to go here. I don't know if they don't know how to read or if they don'tunderstand English. But this restaurant is absolutely a mess. Oh and one other thing if you go back and complain to argue withyou."
