I'm frustrated by spending money on food that used to be better, only to be met with poor service. For example, I received a dry salad without any dressing. Our waiter didn't check back to see if everything was okay, so I asked another waitress for some dressing. Unfortunately, it never arrived. It wasn't until our waiter finally came over, after I had already started eating my salad because we had an event to attend, that he brought it to me—without any apology. I don't appreciate feeling like I should have to get up and fetch what I need while dining, especially since it wasn't busy; we were there at 5:30."
