"Just had a very bad experience at this location. We ordered two ice lattes with 2 percent milk. Upon tasting them the milk was clearly spoiled. Spoke with the barista who checked the milk and confirmed it was spoiled. They asked what they could do to make it right and I said please refund the coffees as well as remaking them as this is really bad. The Barista went to speak with the manager who seemed disinterested and said we can give you a pastry. The manager did not come over to apologize at all. The manager didn't seem to grasp how serious serving spoiled milk is. I would give zero stars for this experience."
