"It has been four years since I last dined at this Port of Subs location, and every time I pass by, it still brings back unpleasant memories. My experience from four years ago, when I made the mistake of ordering food through the drive-thru, was extremely disappointing. My wife had a specific order, which seemed to irritate the drive-thru employee. Upon returning home, we discovered unwanted ingredients in the sandwich, including what appeared to be short, curly black hairs that I believed to be pubic hair. After contacting the manager to address the issue, I was called a liar and told that such behavior would never occur at this establishment. Due to the manager's refusal to address the situation and accusations against me, I have not returned to this location in four years. I recommend visiting the Port of Subs on Keystone or McCarran for quality food and excellent service, as my experience at this particular location was unsatisfactory and concerning."
