"Excellent food very fresh! I have been very disappointed with all our other local dinners lately and nearly forgot about acropolis (moved away for a few years) they are by far the best diner in town great food great people I go nearly every morning. I would have given 5 stars for atmosphere but one of their longest working servers tends to walk around causing problems with the other servers and complaining about the owners right in front of customers and it makes me uncomfortable. Everyone else is happy and great at their jobs and love the owners. "have been here a few times now with the bf and with the kiddos. we love this place. you can have a nice quiet meal with no drama. could eat there a couple times a week and not kill the pockets. food is good, but i always get the tuna melt so can't speak for anything else on the menu! lol. service is professional and quick."

"I ordered a pizza with chicken, onions, mushrooms and green peppers. When I got my order there was no chicken on the pizza. I also ordered the catfish which they clearly state comes with fries and a soda. I didn't get the fries nor the soda. When I called the store the guy I spoke to said I didn't order chicken on my pizza, which is a lie because it is clear as day on my receipt. He also said the catfish comes by itself, on the app (I used Uber eats) the menu state that the catfish comes with fries and soda. He offered me free food for the next time I order instead of fixing the problem immediately. No thank you, I just wanted what I paid for. Plus the food was not that good. No seasoning, no taste! I will never order from here again! Be warned! You will not get what you pay for, what's on the menu is not what you get."

"I've been eating here for years (5-8) and I've had one bad order. But they fixed it and gave me extra. They are great with customers and their food is always fresh and is made in a timely manner. If your ever uptown. Take that 5-10 minute ride and get yourself a sub or some wings. The mambo sauce is good compared to other carry outs. The young lady at the counter speaks English well and she is a delight to speak to. Prices are normal for a carry out in the city but the food is made well and is worth the money. Whenever I'm uptown this is the only carry out I eat from since Eddies turned into a bar."

"The food at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered simple items, but received the exact opposite of what I asked for. My well-done steak was undercooked, the pizza sauce was overly heavy, and the wings were soggy and covered in the wrong sauce. Despite the order being taken correctly, the food was not what I requested. When I called to address the issue, I was offered a small free item on my next order, but I don't think I will be ordering from them again. It was a complete waste of $50 and I wouldn't even feed it to my dogs."

"First time coming, had a very good experience. I ordered pickup for a pizza. The time I was given was 10 minutes for a medium pie, I arrived in 10 and it was hot and ready for me! Delicious crust and great toppings, highly recommend for a late night slice of pizza. Sidenote: people leaving negative reviews for delivery do not understand that it 's delivered through a third party app 'Slice '. The restaurant shouldn 't be responsible for that, they don 't delivery."

"Ok. 2nd try. Gotten sick each time I ate here. There is absolutely no love in this food. Everything is packaged salt pepper. I asked for ranch got French dressing. "Pretty good in the restaurant area. My date ordered the fish Francese and I ordered Veal Francese. We have both veal. Luckily it was good. The sauce was rich and lemony. Batter was as if. Service was good. We also had fried Calamari, which was nice, hot and slightly broken. The bar area was a little different. Very light on the alcohol, but full price. They claim to be a parcel business, but only sell beer. Wtfe."

"I lived in Pecos back in the early 1980s, and Dairy Mart was GREAT at that time. Our family moved back to Florida in 1984 and I wasn't back to Pecos by 2021 when I came back to California after moving my daughter there. It had changed a lot, but I was surprised to find that Dairy Mart was still there and had not changed what I remember. I told my other daughter who had rode with me to California everything my parents would bring us to Dairy Mart for ice or hamburgers. At that time, Pecos had no fast food restaurants except 2 Dairy Queens. We stopped and ordered some burgers, and they're still GREAT! I'm planning another stop in Pecos on my next trip through the area and planning another visit to Dairy Mart!!"

"Moved out of Poughkeepsie in 1995, came back to town for a visit. Heard on FB people talking about this place so decided to go there. I love nostalgia, and you definitely get that here. It's like stepping back in time!! Nothing fancy, just good ol' mom and pop style place with good, comfort food. I ordered pancakes and side of bacon. Pancakes were huge and the bacon was outstanding! Cooked to perfection. Coffee is a little weak but it will do. There were only a few folks in there so I didn't wait long for my food. The waitress was super sweet and recommended I try one pancake w the blueberries..yum! I loved it here and may even visit again before I head back to Atlanta."
