"It was actually late in the evening we went there to eat the double burger and chili cheese Coney foot long was better than some Sonic I have a at. One thing I couldn't understand is why the car hop service us between the window and the ordering kiosk. It would have been much easier to come around to the doors then reaching through the door and window for our food and to pay our bill. This is the reason I gave it only three stars."

"food was fine , customer service was horrible , i pulled into a drive in spot and pressed the button , waited there for about 15 minutes and decided to go into the drive thru instead, took me 10 minutes to get my order through because the person on the drive thru wasn’t listening, couldn’t even get my order right. get new employees or train them better."

"I don’t know how hard it is to make a regular tatter tot but I’m pretty sure it don’t have cheese on it. I have had too many orders come out wrong and the phone number to call never works. I’m fed up with receiving the wrong thing when I didn’t order it. It’s not hard to throw tater tots in a bag. This is ridiculous. If you can’t get the order right then you need to double check floors you bring out someone’s food. I work in the restaurant industry and this is just unacceptable."
