"We sat 20 mins before being served. Finally one of the waitors came over and asked if we had been helped. We were not in his area but I guess saw us there with no drinks or water. Surprisingly, the manager walked by a couple times, looked at us, saw only our menus but never stopped to ask if we were helped yet. We have eaten here before, last time service was great but it now seems it is not consistent. Food is always good there, I guess it's a roll of the dice for service."
