"The food was disappointing and not clearly described on the menu. The calamari was coated in sauce, which was unexpected and not to our liking. When we told the waitress, she just said it was a popular dish and walked away. The risotto was overly salty, and the scallops were bland. The service was rushed, with our main course arriving quickly after our appetizers. Overall, the experience was overpriced and underwhelming. I would not recommend or return to this restaurant."

"in total, opposite the tail end of our dining room experience, everything was ruined, we were there for our 27 high-time day ended out of it completely deserted and embarrassing. the manager accused me, bcos their system from whatever reason shown that I don't pay when I showed them an entrance from their system of payment. I could not convince them for all the time, I think the manager were motivated by racism-Becos, they would not leave the question going away, even if I offered to give them another card, under a condition that they write to me that the other accused did not refuse by them bcos they were not sure bad service overall a zero not going there more I was a regular parade of them since they opened in the seaport. they ruined everything together one of my worst experiences."

"Beautiful restaurant with a great vibe. Great customer service. Overall a pleasant experience. For appetizers we ordered the tuna tartare, grilled octopus and calamari fritter. The tuna tartare was bland and unimpressive. It did taste fresh. The grilled octopus was out of this world. A perfect combination of the grill flavor with lemon. Perfectly cooked and tasty. The best plate of the night. The calamari were very tasty but salty. A little less salt and it would stand out. For dinner we had the ribeye. We ordered it medium but some areas of the ribeye were rare. It comes with potatoes and asparagus. The potatoes were a bit dry with only bacon and feta cheese. We also had the mushroom ravioli with shrimp. Great taste although it can improve. The desserts were wonderful. The creme brulee was awesome, tasty and full of flavor. The tiramisu was outstanding. Due to the tuna tartare and the calamari I am giving them 4.5 stars although Google only let me pick either a 4 or 5."

"gastgeberin was very nice. the appetizers were very good, calamari and tempura shrimp. my spare ribs were very good. there were missing some disappointments that disappoint the guests. the steak of my wife was boiled, but she wanted to eat with everyone and didn't complain (I had) my guests had caesar salad that she had found to be devoured, and you guys had branzino what he said was hard. We want them to succeed and wait for a great dinner. the server never asked us how our dinners were."

"We get there for Thanksgiving dinner with high-quality restaurant expectations. My wife chose the Thanksgiving menu with carrot ginger soup, turkey apple cake and I chose Arancini, rib and pumpkin cake. We chose 3 bottles of wine, but none of them was available, and this wine decision process lasted almost 30 minutes. After all, we get 2 glasses of wine and we could drink with our last bites of our appetizers. Then came after a little waiting main courses and we both got the turkey. I said I asked for rib. They went back, I waited again and they brought the rib. That was the process. Portions were humiliated, that's what you expect on a Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey, the Brussels sprouts and the cunning potatoes were much too salty, but the overall food was good. The desserts were super delicious. I would have expected a better service at this price. Recommended, but ask your server for less salt!!!"

We are on 3 and a half week road trip through the south west to celebrate my 59th birthday and had chosen J&G for our ‘slap up’ birthday dinner and are so glad we did thanks to all at J&G for making it so memorable. Service was impeccable throughout and special thanks to our server (apologies for not remembering his name he’s the former Grand Canyon rim to rim runner! for great wine recommendations and for ensuring our steaks and scallops were cooked perfectly to our liking. The combination of the killer sunset views, perfectly pitched live music, attentive service and some of the best steakhouse food we have eaten in the States (and we’ve previously eaten at many landmark restaurants in both the North East and Texas made for a perfect evening. "Calamari appetizer was delicious with an Asian fusion twist. Very lightly breaded and sautéed to perfection. The Lobster Bisque soup was gourmet with big chunks of lobster. Yum! The Chilean Sea Bass was light and fresh. The Blackened Red Snapper was well seasoned and enjoyed the palenta base. The Lobster Tail was tasty with clarified butter and asparagus. Dessert was the perfect end to celebrating a birthday by sharing creme brulee with raspberries blueberries and peanut butter cup pie. Justin was an incredible server; he described every menu item, answered our questions and timed our courses perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful evening! We’ll definitely be back"

"we asked if it is possible to divide the wedge, not a blue cheese or swash on one of them. no problem. both came with blue cheese and wobble. there was extra everything in small pods. When the server had stopped by my man, he had already eaten his 1/2. they brought a new one. steak should med plus, rarely came. I asked if they had a pfeffer grain sauce. server said yes, I am not sure what the sauce has brought. it was not a peppcorn, had a sweet taste. the food runner took him back when the server checked for me and the steak, he was now leather. the bill was almost $500 for 3 people, I was not able to see all the fees because the server took the bill before I could look at it. was curious if we were calculated for all additional items for the salat. we have enjoyed ocean prime downtown, it is amazing. our first time tries ocean prime in tech center. I'm sorry we're not back."

"We had a marvelous time consuming deliciously prepared food. Beautiful place with palm trees growing thru the roof! Lots of candles. Lighting. Music. Shared a delish crabcake appetizer. Plenty for 3 of us. The surf and turf appetizer was a melt in your mouth scallops and a beef short rib that wasn't as tender as hoped for. We had a huge piece of Branzino fish with broccoli ettes and artichokes on celery root puree. Literally, Melted in my mouth. Pb. Choc pie as a shared dessert was good. Tab but worth it! No entre under 50 so you may not appreciate it as much as I did."

"Once again Mortons demonstrates it's inability to prepare a steak at medium temperature. It took two return trips to the cook and the end result was a filet mignon that was ruined. To their credit the other entree's were closer to what was desired and only one entree was cooked perfectly as ordered. Not the time this has happened nor the last I am afraid to say. You would have thought the ruined steak would have been removed from the bill but instead, a free desert was offered. The only thing that saved this special occasion birthday dinner on Mother's Day was the great table service and the company"

"we arrived 10 minutes early and although our table was ready and there were very few diners we said we had to wait because they had no server. our server was very nice but was not understandable about the menu. we asked about the sauces and he was not in agreement with his description. he had to go to the kitchen to ask. we had servale courses and they would take away the cute, but then not replace them. we had dirty dishes that were stacked together, and we stacked our tellers to make a place at the table. we had to ask serval times for new bestecke when we were eating before us. After our steaks arrived, we had to ask for the sauces we had ordered so many times, we sat with hot food waiting for cutlery and sauces while we had warm food before us. for the $800 w tipp for 5 people I was disappointed with the service."

"we were disappointed for a few reasons. first we were there that celebrated our 30th year, and we let the waiter know, but nothing was done for us, I remember getting a card sent to our table and dessert in the past, we had to buy one. also we order half a dozen, they really liked and ordered 6 more (forthough if he could make it a dozen) he said yes, but on our bill he has accused us for two half dozen, which was more money. Why would he do that? That was delicious."

I wanted to send back, but I knew that the meals would be sitting under a heat lamp that boils away! Our waiter never looked at us to ask if we needed something or if our meal would be for our joy! we had to ask for water and more brot. then the best part was, we were not even finished with our entrees and the waiter asked if we were dessert! not the best culinary experience and for the pricing, the experience should be fantastic, and it was not! I would not recommend this restaurant."
