"My original reservation time was we got to the restaurant on time and the hostess let us know that the people at our table just checked out and about to leave âit should be minutesâ she said. minutes go by and I go to speak to the hosts at the front again and they had no clue what to do, the people at the table wouldnât leave. After minutes, MINUTES they finally leave. During that minutes wait, no one approached us to give us updates, no one apologized, no one knowledge us at all. I finally decided to call the general manager, Chris, to our table to share my feedback with him, and all he had to say oh I understand the frustration. They just didnât want to let the previous guest at our table know that their time is actually up, since per the hostess the restaurant actually has a hour limit policy! While I understand that they have to be accommodating to their guests and not âkick them outâ they also have to respect their other PAYING customers. Needless to say that is going to be my last time visiting"
