"Our experience at Gelotti was amazing because of JOHN who happened to be working there when we came !! It?s really nice to see people working hard even later at night and still giving the best customer service they can; John had a bright smile on his face and was very patient with us as we were trying to figure out what flavors to get. The ice cream was off the hook! definitely will be back here!!"

"Attempted to dine at Summit two Saturdays in a row. The first we walked in and was told they are not taking any orders for the remainder of the day. The second showed up early (4:30) to avoid a rush and was told not serving until 6:00 in the evening. The second attempt I tried to call to avoid the first experience and only received a busy dial tone. A negative customer experience overall. Not considerate of the inconvenience to customers and customer experience."
