"Tubby's submarine sandwich is truly one-of-a-kind. This particular location is my top choice, despite being situated in a less desirable area. The food is always freshly prepared, delicious, and satisfying. Whenever I find myself in Deep East, I make sure to visit this establishment for their Steak Cheese Sub-Combo, which is my go-to meal. It is the only fast food restaurant I frequent in that area. Give it a try - you will undoubtedly enjoy it and want to return for more."

"Totally great experience. My family came here to meet and have dinner, so we had a pretty big group. They were quick to take care of all of us and the staff was friendly. Our whole food was served quickly and everything was hot and fresh. None of us seemed to have problems with one of the foods. The food tasted great. All for good experience. Fast, clean and friendly fast food. Keep the good work!!"

"The staff turn over at this location over the last few months has left this place in bad shape. If you want food here go inside DO NOT call in your food it will without fail be wrong. My family and I all get very simple orders but everytime we call in food something ends up being incorrect. Wrong type of protein, wrong rice, order cheese dip and get none, request salsa and get none, the list goes on and on. It's good food but if you don't have time to order in the restaurant do not waste your time or money. It's a shame really because this used to be our go to fast casual food, that is no longer the case."

"I have been meaning to try this place so I pulled in while running errands on my lunch break since they had a drive-thru. When I arrive at the menu you have to use a touchscreen which required me to get out of my vehicle to place my order. I pulled up to the window after submitting my order and was told that the touchscreen does not work and they would have to take my order by hand. There were many options to choose from when building your burrito bowl and I tried to recall all of the options and he still forgot my sour cream. He takes my debit card for payment and said he would have to take it to the front to charge it because the drive-through machine does not work and has not worked for sometime. No big deal. He comes back and asked if I need plasticware which I respond yes and he said hold on I will have to go get it and brings me back a single fork not even wrapped in a napkin or plastic or anything. My office is one minute away and my food was cold when I sat down to eat it. Quality is not worth the price at all or the experience. First impression not good"
