"Their veggie dishes are outstanding (esp. the beets and collard greens). Update: I have ordered from Makina 5 times. Sadly, in my last two orders, the tikel gomen smelled and tasted a little off. All the other dishes were delicious (regular gomen, misir, ater kik)."

"I had the amazing opportunity to try this very tasty food. The staff were as cool as the come. The food is halal and what amazed the most is the crew were 100% from Africa (Egypt, Guinea and if course Ethiopia. The food is super flavourful, the portion is big and most importantly they are eco-friendly. Unfortunately I got too excited and ate the food without taking a picture"

"The food at this Ethiopian restaurant was delicious, but I found that the portion size was smaller compared to other Ethiopian restaurants I have been to. Despite this, the overall meal was amazing. I wish they would have served more food, especially considering the price."
