"I placed an online order at this restaurant, but they did not have the banana split or ice cream cone with sprinkles that was listed on their website. Instead, I received the cone without the sprinkles. They initially refused to give me a refund for the missing item and told me to call back later. When I suggested requesting a refund online (even though there was no option for this), I had to wait for about 20 minutes before finally receiving my money back. To top it off, when I ordered a double cheeseburger, I received a single burger with chili on it instead. Very disappointing experience overall."
