"I’ve been here a few times before have ordered take out from here at least 20 times. However, this was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had in the city of Chicago. It took 25+ minutes for the host to bring us our menus water after we were initially seated. It took an hour and 45 minutes for us to get our food, with no apologizes or excuse other than “sorry we’re slammed” which was interesting considering the restaurant was at 50% occupancy. No one checked on us to see if we needed anything throughout this either.After my boyfriend who was paying for the bill politely complained to the manager in private was ANYTHING done. (He has never in his life “talked to a manager” which should show how bad it got). The manager was very kind and apologetic and gave us some complimentary mochi for our friend’s birthday, and our two drinks compensated. If it weren’t for her, I would have completely cut this place off."
