"despite a reservation, the host looked at me as if I had worried her when I approached the hostage. it looks about 10 minutes to be sitting and sitting after that, I waited over 20 minutes until a server comes to the table. after 20 minutes I was able to mark a server down and ask if someone was assigned to our table. a gentleman came by, didn't imagine and asked what we wanted to order. he took the appetizer and went away before we could order drinks. we could then tie him down to order the escape. the appetizers and escapes were good. the chicken wings and bark were my favorite. at the end of the meal, we were rushed out of the table, as they said they had other reservations. if they have a seat time limit, I did not see it on their website. Overall, I respect that they try to bring a higher end-eating experience into the opposite, but the service fell short definitiw. for a device that automatically includes 20% of satisfaction, I would like to see a larger focus on the service."
