"My family (wife and 2 teenage children) had confirmed reservations on Thanksgiving. After a $25 cab ride and showing up 15 minutes before the reservation we were told they aren’t taking reservations and the restaurant is full. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was too busy. They shouldn’t be able to get away with this type of behavior without some repercussions."
