"We sat at the sushi bar and enjoyed watching the chef make sushi. We had the takoyaki balls, monster maki, Chicago spicy crazy maki, seared salmon maki and a bento box with salmon. The octopus in the takoyaki balls was chewy. The monster roll was fishy tasting because of the unagi and the Chicago spicy crazy roll was packed with fish, but not much flavor or spice. The seared salmon maki was the best of the rolls, nice flavor, sauce and crunch.
