"Bouncer thought two AZ ids were fake when we gave it to him. He didn?t even look at it for a second before calling them fake and did not even scan them. After they successfully scanned he went to the head bouncer and he acknowledged that they were real. No explanation from the original bouncer on how they are fake or an apology for assuming two ids are fake. Then inside our table wasn?t not clean and sticky everywhere. We also got a Diet Coke that had zero carbonation and was the worst soft drink I ever had. After being in Boston for a week this was the worst customer service I had received. Definitely better places in Boston to explore."
