"I'm not sure if the employees receive any customer service training at all, but I felt incredibly unwelcome during my visit to this restaurant. I was the only customer in the building and still felt rushed. The staff member working there seemed unsure about which items were gluten-free and didn't bother to double-check. She also gave me attitude when I asked about the ingredients in the dressings and was generally unpleasant. To top it off, she threw my bag at me and knocked over my cup. The use of canola oil in the dressings and food was also a point of concern for me. Overall, the combination of mediocre food quality, high prices, and poor customer service makes it hard for me to justify spending almost $20 on lunch here."
