"Unremarkable attempt at creative cuisine in a “remote” market. The problems began when we walked into the front door and no one came to great us. There were maybe 4 other tables occupied in the whole place at 730pm. Couple ahead of us finally left after waiting for 15minutes to be seated. We had reserved and were tired, so persevered. Finally seated. Floor staff was very friendly, but frankly clueless. We had a few items, but none was memorable, yet okay. NY strip was actually a very tough “baseball cut” top round or such, house made chicaronnes were dangerously rock hard and inedible. Kale fritters had little kale and tasted as if the frying oil needed changing. House made sausage (boudin blanc like) were pretty good but came with an indescribably bland white bread purée as you might give someone with digestive issues. I know the chef was trying for something unique, but was lost on us. Desert was a fun chocolate and ginger rhubarb thing that tasted great. We don’t want to blow them up, but if they would just try a bit harder, they could really have some fun with OneHundred!"
