"I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Minato. I have been coming here with my family since I was a child, but after today's visit, I will not be returning. While the food is always great and reasonably priced, the customer service leaves much to be desired. The last three times I have been here, the female owner was extremely unpleasant and rude to me. She lacks basic customer service skills. On the other hand, the male owner is always friendly and provides excellent customer service. However, my experience today was terrible. I attempted to place a to-go order in person, but was abruptly told that all orders must be placed over the phone. When I asked why I couldn't place an order in person, I was met with the same abrupt response. If I had called the restaurant from inside, the same woman would have taken my order over the phone right in front of me. This lack of basic courtesy and communication was unacceptable. I have had similar experiences with her on my past visits to Minato. It is truly disappointing that this once beloved family-owned business has been tainted by the behavior of the owner. After growing up coming here, I am saddened by the way I was treated. I will not be dining here again. So rude!"
