"First time visit! We love Thai and sushi so thought we'd check out lunch. We got there right as they were opening. We were greeted, sat and had drinks brought to the table in a flash. We ordered apps. Spring rolls and steamed dumplings. They were good but the spring rolls weren't hot on the inside. Then we ordered. I ordered our lunch. I ordered chicken with baby corn and asked to have broccoli and then my husband ordered clear noodles with beef. They were so good. A little on the rich side but so good. The chicken with baby corn was really good also. Can't wait to return to this great spot!"

"We really enjoy this restaurant for their local sushi. It is definitely the best in our area without a doubt. However, I am deducting one star because the food is never ready on time when they give you an estimated pick-up time. They initially told us it would be ready in 45 minutes, but an hour later it was still not prepared. They then said it would be ready in another 10 minutes. The food is definitely worth the wait, but it can be frustrating when you plan accordingly and they are consistently 20 minutes or more late for pick-up. We have no complaints when dining in at the restaurant."

"My son and I stopped in to eat a quick lunch. He just wanted something to drink. But I was hungry. So I ordered the Steak and Chicken Hibachi, the salad, and an order of Goyoza. As well as something to drink. The food was outstanding. Such a wonderful flavor. We will definitely return some day."

"The restaurant was very busy with carry out, so there was a lot of foot traffic coming and going. Glad to see they were busy. No table decor, just hand sanitizer, but hey, it’s so you can’t have everything. Very attentive with water refills. Food was good, large portions, very fresh"

"My sister n love stopped in. My 1st time and was very excited to try. Had seen another person posting their meals. It always looked really good.Atmosphere is very nice. Our waiter was great and attentive.I thought the food was delicious and on point ?. Just the right amount of spice. I ordered the Veggies stir fry basil with tofu. My ride and live ordered the same with chicken and she thought hers was too spicy. But she kept eating and took the rest home."

"We have been going to Taste of Tokyo for over 6 years, It’s sad that it took us so long to discover this place. It is our favorite sushi around here. Their hospitality and customer service is what sets them apart. The sushi is always fresh and delicious. They have rolls for everyone! When my wife was pregnant, she craved ToT and they accommodated us with her special dietary needs. She ate rolls like sweet potato, shrimp tempura, and other specialty items Joseph was able to create. Some of our favorite rolls over the years have been Illinois Roll, Sweet potato, Green dragon, Crazy roll, New Orleans, Spicy scallop, super white tuna nigiri, and crawfish nigiri! ToT is always in our carry out/dining rotation!"
