"I stopped here for takeout lunch while at a conference nearby. The service was slow but the biggest concern is that they accidentally charged me for the dinner bento price instead of the lunch takeout price, then were unable to correct it, and did not seem particularly bothered or apologetic! I was told that the man who would correct it was too busy in the kitchen right now, so they would call or text me later to correct it. The ordeal took 15 minutes, and the whole take out experience was over a 40 min which was not speedy takeout lunch service! I never got a call or text, so still carry a $32 charge for lunch.Also I asked for spoons and soy sauce, and they said it was in the bags, and it wasn’t. Disappointing service all around.Do not recommend this if you’re in a rush, or if you prefer not to overpay."

"The best time to go is during the Early Bird at 5:30 if you don't want to wait long. The Emperor Steak is soft, juicy and appetizing together with shrimps. Fried Rice is up. I usually don't like my vegetables, but with the ginger sauce it's delicious. I like the mustard sauce. Throw it on the rice and eat it."

"Lunch buffet is only available for those under 20 years old. The atmosphere is great. The food consists of fresh, high quality ingredients, with the standout being the simple salmon Nigiri and the special role with spicy salmon and crab. The salad is not recommended, as it is bland and consists of boring iceberg lettuce."

"We ate here a few times. Tonight, the Hibachi dinner was terrible. Hibachi seats were waiting for an hour. No big deal. Decided to sit in regular restaurants. The waitress ordered drinks. With drinks returned. I had orders. Returned with food. Rice was burned. No service or refill on drinks. Shrimp was overcooked and there were little to no vegetables. Ready. I'll check. That's it. Customer service was less ideal and the quality of food was also lacking."

"I have eaten here dining in and takeout and they do not disappoint! They always provide a lot of delicious side dishes too. The staff is very nice and attentive. If you dine-in, they will give you a small refreshment (the yakult I uploaded was after a meal). Ive come here many times, so they recognize me too. One time they took a little longer than expected with my takeout order and apologized by giving us extra side dishes. I said it was no problem, but they insisted. I will always come back here because of the great service and yummy food. Inside is pretty clean, too. It has a very home-y feel. In the front there are pictures the staff took with any celebrities/famous people that visited too."
