"Gluten Free dining review First time eating here with my wife, who has celiac disease. The service was great and our server brought out their gluten free menu upon request. The menu had quite a few options and they even offer a gluten free teriyaki sauce on several menu items, we will try those next time. Our server seemed to be knowledgeable about the nuances of a true gluten free experience and double checked if the house salad had a gluten free dressing, which it did not, so she let my wife know not to order it. They do serve a gluten free soy sauce, Tamari, which was brought out with our meal. We ordered 3 sushi rolls, Geisha, Rainbow, and Kinkaku. My wife hasn’t eaten sushi rolls in two years and to top it off these rolls were so delicious it nearly brought tears to her eyes. No gluten reactions after the meal so they truly did a thorough job in preventing cross contamination. Thank you, Kyoto, for a great worry free meal that we know we can come back and enjoy anytime!"
