"Bouncer thought two AZ ids were fake when we gave it to him. He didn?t even look at it for a second before calling them fake and did not even scan them. After they successfully scanned he went to the head bouncer and he acknowledged that they were real. No explanation from the original bouncer on how they are fake or an apology for assuming two ids are fake. Then inside our table wasn?t not clean and sticky everywhere. We also got a Diet Coke that had zero carbonation and was the worst soft drink I ever had. After being in Boston for a week this was the worst customer service I had received. Definitely better places in Boston to explore."

"This is AUTHENTIC Japanese restaurant. My parents are very picky with their Japanese food as they have often visited Japan. I do not even dare to take them to fushion Japanese restaurants because they complain about taste and quality. But they never complain about Sushi Land. It's her favorite place. So if you are looking for authentic Japanese dishes and quality, this is the place to go. The owners are super nice and always happy to support small family businesses."

"Ronin had an open cafe-type feel. All wood chairs were just fine but I wouldn't qualify as comfortable. At the bar, it is to be expected but I was hoping for the chairs at the tables to have more comfort. The bartender was very friendly and neglected my partner a bit as he was so busy chatting with patrons that he was not paying attention to the little things like empty drinks. The sushi was good and I love the hand-wrapped salmon rolls. For the price, I think the amount of food was lacking. I had enough food but my partner stopped for snacks on our way home. We will try this place again, but I think its a place that is better suited for a girls' night out than date night."

"The food was excellent, fresh, delicious and every sauce has multi levels of flavor, which is amazing. The only thing I don’t understand is that server told us we had a last call of ordering around 6pm, which usually happens to us if the place is near close time. Though there was a long waiting line, we were not lingering without food on table."

"I don't know if we caught them on an off night but we did not have the best experience at Buddha Lounge. It was very busy within the few blocks of Rupp Arena, so definitely something to consider if there is an event going on there and you are not familiar with the area (we are not). We were seated without a reservation for 2, which was lucky, but I think because they were so busy and we saw them having to turn people away later on throughout the meal, it made it hard to hear and order/felt like they were rushing to get us out. I got nigiri and supreme rainbow roll and unfortunately it did not taste the most fresh. I am also spoiled being in the Cincinnati area most of the time where there are several 1/2 price sushi places, so in comparison to that and with lower quality, these rolls and sushi felt overpriced. Again, maybe we caught them on a super busy off night, but I would not plan on returning here on future trips to Lexington."

"There was only one party here when we arrived at 6PM on a Sunday and they had just finished so we had the place all to ourselves. I love the design-Japanese modern. There is metered street parking available, but you don't have to pay on Sundays.We looked at the menu via the QR code and were not prompted to create a profile. You can order online, but our waiter actually took our order which we appreciated. He was very nice and welcoming from the moment we stepped foot inside. I started off with the Ahi Tuna Poke which came with wonton chips. The chips were slightly too oily, and there weren't enough. I finished the chips with about 3 spoonfuls of poke left. The texture of the poke pairs so well with the chips though and the sauce is very flavorful. (A bit too salty once you get to the bottom)The dragon roll had great quality. I didn't need to dip it into shoyu as the sauce was enough. The best part of this was the ginger. I was amazed at how fresh and crunchy it was. No wonder it's offered as its own side dish on the menu!The shoyu ramen comes with thinner noodles than traditional ramen, but they were perfectly cooked. This was my favorite dish."

"We had a wonderful dinner at Sanraku last night. Their chirashi sushi was so delicious. All the sashimi were so fresh, especially kanpachi, kinmedai and salmon tasted like a gold! We recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for delicious Japanese food. Also their servers were nice and attentive."

"The staff today was so sweet! The food is a little bit expensive depending on what you get, but honestly, I haven’t had Customer Service like that a long time. A young person probably a food runner overheard us saying it was someone’s birthday in our party. They wished him a happy birthday asked about his plans and was just generally kind. Then another person came over and offered a birthday treat. Everyone in food service is tired overworked and things just haven’t been the same since Covid. But I just wanted to acknowledge the people that still have a natural smile on their face and try and make the place where you’ve chosen to spend your money worth it."

"The atmosphere at this ramen shop is just what you would expect. The service was friendly and accommodating, even creating a special dish for me that was not on the menu (I requested a pork tonkotsu ramen with chicken broth). The gyoza was delicious and probably the best I've had on the mainland. The chicken karaage was also outstanding. My only critique is that I wish the chicken broth had more flavor."
