"I would give 0 stars if I could for how many times I apos;ve had the same issues. I don apos;t understand why it is always so bad on door dash but I never have issues eating at the physical restaurant? Cold miso soup, hard rice, HALF a lion king roll, and suppppperrrr brown salmon nigiri. Featuring no soysauce or chop sticks, no wasabi.. no napkins. To top it off, the girls on the phone are always rude and try to put me on hold and wait to see how long I apos;ll sit there until I hang up and call again. The managers never return my call for a refund. From how overly priced everything is, while being poorly packaged, to receiving bad service on top of it is really the icing on the cake. this is not the first time this has happened. Not sure why I keep attempted to order hoping "this time" it will be better. This place is a joke, don apos;t waste your money at least on door dash. JOKE. :"
