"Food/Taste/Flavor: 2/5 Chicken katsu mini lunch special had half of the chicken pieces way too dry. The sauce is needed but still doesn't help the texture enough. The Diet Coke/Pepsi we got was a bit odd in taste Loco loco regular with sunny side up eggs. The eggs weren't cooked well with one egg almost completely raw and the other too cooked where it was mostly solid. The burger patty was dry and chewy and not enough gravy Ambience: N/A ordered food to go. Store feels clean and brightly lit Service: 4/5 came during lunch rush and the female manager/cashier did amazing by herself but she was definitely pulled in multiple directions Value for price: 5/5 lots of food for the price"

"I ordered two BBQ chicken mini takeout for my mom and myself. The chicken were under cook and no flavor. My mom and I ended up throwing it away and bougth hamburger instead. Also the lady will say your order will be ready in 10 mins, how is that pssible when she said the same thing to 3 other people that ordered ahead of you. Never going back here again."

And realized that she mistakenly put chicken cutlet instead of orange chicken. "Ordered the Spam Musubi. Flavor just wasn't there. The coconut shrimp tasted more like oil than anything and overly cooked. Chicken was decent but skin was still on and quite fatty. Soup was subpar. Kid barely touched it. Mac was not good in my opinion; didn't match up with what I've come to know of Hawaiian Mac. Wouldn't order here again."
