"best sushi in montana safe! good food, good service! I wish this restaurant will be great if, then I don't have to drive 2.5 hours to enjoy something really good sushi. I have a 6 year old, she even loves sushi there, she knows every time when we go to sushi hana, she will be a funny child plate and a few great garnel tempoura! we always get a good service, they are very helpful if they do not know much about sushi, they will always explain the menu. I think they also have $1 sushi nights if they want the good, they have to come early, they can be pretty busy. I also love their new lunch menu, price is reasonable, portion is perfect, I think each order comes even with a suppe and an salad! for me it is worth the running gear totally."

"Place seems pretty popular, food was good but not great. Sushi was likely hastily made, some of the rolls would fall apart even when clamping onto them lightly with chopsticks. Not the best rolls I've had. Will do for a family dinner, but fairly expensive. This is coming from someone whose used to NYC prices. Not the best value out there but passable. Make sure to speak up to the receptionist when you get there or they most likely won't talk to you as it gets so busy."

"This unassuming restaurant was actually quite lovely to go to and surprisingly exceeded my expectations. The interior is cute and themed, a bit dark but that gives it a slightly romantic vibe. I saw that they have some private tatami rooms that would be great for small parties.The parking lot has plenty of spots but I've heard of people's cars being broken into there so just be very careful.Hot tea and edamame are complimentary which is rare nowadays so I very much appreciate that. The raw fish we got tasted fresh. The fusion sushi rolls were yummy. The lion king roll was to die for as well. They actually use a garlicky cream sauce for the lion king roll rather than just plain sweet mayo so that extra little garlic flavor was amazing.Would definitely go again!Parking: Lots of spots available but beware of possible break-ins. Do not keep valuables in site."

Owners don't speak the greatest english , If your not patient don't come here, its not for you!  Also, If your looking for large portion and cheap prices, this is not the place for you! Quality products from overseas comes with a price, if you can't taste a difference go to a place that makes you happy! "Fabulous. Have been going there at least once a week since 1984. some weeks 3 times a week. That is 30 years. Total of 1500+ visits. Does that tell you how much I like the place? Best sushi in town. "Went out for a birthday dinner. From my experience, as you walking in, you'll be greeted by the host, there's a koi fish pond in front of the entrance, the place is spacious clean and look updated. They have a Bar Room, Sushi Bar, freshly prepared in front of you. The hibachi tables is big enough for large groups, enough elbow room in between. Each Hibachi station have two grills with two chef that cooks and served your large group. Off subject(Please while they're cooking n entertaining your group show them some excitement they appreciated it, making their job more fun) I tip them all the time. When i order from the menu. my group normally get the served for two and ask the chef to split the food. Save money and you'll get to try a bit of everybody orders. Trust me! your plate will be full. At this time it's reserved only so call ahead. For birthday reserved, they will display the Name of the person on screen out side the parking lot, you'll get a birthday cake and a photo of your group (one print only) to keep as a memory's. The bathroom is small."

"I 've had a fair amount of sushi and Japanese food in Chicago as well as other cities. However, we decided to come to Macku to try their omakase since we couldn 't pass up on their $25 off deal on Thursdays. They offer a few different types of omakase starting at $75 per person. I don 't remember exactly what each one was called but there was a nigiri, the standard, signature series/chef 's special, and an unlimited option. We went with the signature, which was $125 per person (ended up being $100 with the discount). Let me say that it 's definitely not your traditional omakase, it 's a bit more fusion-y. Unfortunately we were seated at a table so we weren 't able to see the chef prepare each course. As for the food, presentation wins over taste. Everything came out beautifully prepared but I truly only enjoyed maybe 3 out of the 7 courses. After spending $300 for our meal drinks, we weren 't really blown away and felt like something was missing. We tried the Japanese white strawberry for dessert, which was probably the highlight of our meal but also came with a whopping price tag for a single strawberry. Makes sense though since we were informed that it is very rare and only about 10% of these milky white berries effectively grow to size. Aside from the food, the service was outstanding. Our waitress, Joyce, was really engaging knowledgeable about the menu and did an amazing job explaining each course."

"No, no, no. Another one bites the dust. The salmon on my roll was so old and dried out, they loaded it up with slices of lemon, which didn’t disguise the fact it was old. Even the rice was tasteless. No apology’s and feeling fleeced.Please just close already"

"not really sure why the dings have fallen at hiro; but they need to review this website and take corrective measures to improve or they will not be much longer in business. when we arrived at pm, we were patrons in the facility. many employees were present and pleasant to work during our meal. but it took some time to get our food. I had sushi and my wife had a bento box. what I didn't know was that my wife, when our food arrived, ate her without much comment when she was hungry, the bento box contents of my wife were cold. Apparently hiros personal coordination between my chef’s choice sushi and their bento box was no longer timely. Yes, my wife could have said something right away. However, it took some time to get our order first and she knew that it would not be set well with me because I really enjoy sushi. when my wife received our bill, my wife expressed our waiter that you were eating cold at the arrival and that they should better coordinate the orders of the customers. the waiter said he was regrettable. but again no manager or manager has checked with us, whatever we will try this establishment again. if the dings have not improved, the next review will be the most inconspicuous and it may be our last adventure with hiro."
