"They have a vegan menu (just ask . On weekends they have a buffet during lunch. Many vegan items, with vegetarian dishes on a separate table from the meat ones. Just ask which have dairy. They also provide dairy free bread :"

"We used to enjoy coming here for Sunday brunch, but we were disappointed when they suddenly started offering champagne. The food is delicious, but we feel that the price is not justified without the champagne. We wish they had the option to add champagne for a few extra dollars instead of removing it completely. We will not be returning if they change their policy."

"First time here and will be visiting again soon! I felt like traditional vegetarian cooking this evening and found this lovely Indian restaurant by accident. When I entered here I was awestruck with what a large and extravagant space they offer for fine dining. Everyone here is dressed casually though and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I chose a delicious vegan dish Chana Masala which I always love whenever I go out for Indian cuisine because I love chickpeas. The dish comes with white rice and fried lentil pappadam is offered before your meal. I love Lassi so I had to pick the refreshing mango Lassi "

"Before we received our food I was thinking, “oh they are already down a star” the service was just incredibly slow. They only had one server, who was doing his best, but still, the service was slow. The food made up for it. We had the tandoori chicken and chicken tikka masala with a side of naan. Everything was so good and worth the wait. Once the dining room thinned the server was attentive and did a good job."

"Really good food! I missed a walk to Indian/Nepalesian food place as I moved from the east coast and this place is now one of my favorites. My husband and I did a pickup job and the portions were good, everything was super delicious and fresh and made from high-quality ingredients. We will definitely be back here!"

"The Indian food at Tamarind in Cranberry is really delicious. I didn't order a lot today, but everything I tried was more than satisfying. I had the channa bhatura (Chickpea Curry with puffy bread) and kheer. The chickpea curry was excellent, and I'm sure the full channa masala meal is equally amazing. The sauce had just the right amount of spices for me, which was great since I couldn't adjust the spice levels online. The curry had large chickpeas and wasn't too oily. The toppings of cilantro and raw onions were interesting, although I'm not a big fan of onions. The portion of curry was a bit small, but the bhaturabrot was large and puffy, as described. Some parts of the bread were oily while others were crispy, which I found to be perfect. It was especially delicious when reheated, bringing out the flavors of the oil and salt. The Kheer was also a hit, with whole nuts, cashews, raisins, and other fruits adding a nice touch. Overall, Tamarind in Cranberry offers high-quality and reasonably priced food. Though I haven't tried a lot, I can confidently say it's a solid restaurant worth recommending."

"Though the food was good, I would not eat at Bollywood Tadka again because the service was so poor. I was ignored upon entering the restaurant though the restaurant was practially empty. They seated an Indian couple who came in after me before they even acknowledged me. When I was finally seated, it took a while to get someone to take my order and I finally had to get up, walk to the counter and ask for my check in order to leave. Food, no matter how good, could never get rid of the bad taste this place left in my mouth"

"I usually don't write reviews, but more people should know about this place. The food here is fantastic and made with love. We have tried the other Indian places in the area (including those in Franklin) and they do not compare at all. Our servers were Freddi and Peter, they were both super friendly and delivered excellent recommendations. They also did not seem to remember when we had a lot of questions about India, where they were out, food, language, etc. My wife can sometimes be really annoying, but they did not seem to worry about her Yapping, it was a relief for me! We had to begin the tomato soup that had a really unique taste, it was easier that other tomato soups I had in the past, but the taste profile was more complicated. For a main course we had Lamb Vindalo, Chicken Madras and a random vegetarian dish with 9 vegetables, herbs and fruits. Everything was better than any Indian I had in the area. In addition, Freddi made some really good drinks that my wife loved! Not too sweet, refreshing and easy on the sauce. I think next time we'll take a Uber so we can taste all cocktails! Very recommended!"

"The restaurant 's ambience and the service were not too bad. The portion sizes were also not an issue but the quality of the food items served were bad, VERY bad. Only the naan bread tasted like it was freshly made. Everything else in the veggie combotasted like they were stir fried straight out of a frozen bag of ingredients. I wouldn 't recommend this restaurant for avegetarian seeking Indian food. The appearance of spinach in the palak paneer was bad with too many undercooked stems . I 'venever thought someone could fail in cooking Palak Paneer but the chef at The Little India proved me wrong today!"

"Flavor was great, I enjoyed the Lamb Biryani, was was very well seasoned and was well portioned. The lamb itself did not have the gamey flavor that I'm used to when eating lamb. The Naan was also very unique tasting, there's a bit of butter on it and it's toasted very nicely. Also had the Napoli Lamb Taas Set and the Soup Momo, which was equally as good. I'd definitely come back again. Vegetarian options: There's a whole section in the menu dedicated to vegetarian dishes, you won't have trouble finding something you like if you are vegetarian."

I've brought friends for dine-in (BYOB! and they all loved whatever they ordered. My dad also became a fan when he came to visit me we did dine-in and takeout. Thanks for being a Franklin Ave tried-and-true!"

"Great customer service. I have ordered from this place multiple times before. I had placed an order for pickup on Valentine’s Day (they were clearly pretty busy)-when calling I got confused with the names of the dishes and accidentally ordered the wrong thing, 100% my fault. When I got to the restaurant and noticed I ordered the wrong thing, the server was extremely nice and offered to switch out the dish for me free of charge even though I offered to pay for the new dish and it was my fault. I appreciate you taking the time to help me even amongst the holiday rush. I will continue to order from here"
