"As soon as you walk through the door the smell of old deep fryer grease hits you in the face. Aganist my better judgement at this point I decided to order their chicken sandwich. Took it home and as soon as I opened the bag I could smell that old deep fryer grease. Ate about half the sandwich and thru the rest in the garbage, tasted like old deep fryer grease, like it hasnt been changed in a long time. Will not be going back to this place."

"It was a good idea having KFC and A&W combined. I enjoyed having the choice between the two places or a little of both. I went with three chicken strips and a double cheeseburger combo. Both were hot and seemed really fresh. The chicken was super tender and the burger had a great flavor. The fries were also some of the best I've had in a while. They had a little seasoning on them which tasted really good. The restaurant doesn't have a lot of places to sit but even to go would be a great option. Definitely worth a try."

"After a long afternoon of shopping at Walmart, my family and I decided to stop at KFC for some American favorite fried chicken. I wanted to write a review after noticing some negative feedback from others. KFC is just one of many fast food restaurants trying to survive during the ongoing pandemic. They are operating under very tough circumstances, with limited staff and potential supply chain issues causing longer wait times. Despite these challenges, we were grateful for the service we received. Our server was friendly, our wait was short, and the food was delicious and fresh. I have the utmost respect for KFC and its hardworking employees who are doing their best to meet our food needs in a fast-paced environment. We need to support our local establishments as they support us. While it's unfortunate that KFC has limited hours at the moment, my family and I truly appreciate that they are open when we need them. We will definitely be returning and hope you will too. Thank you, KFC!"

"The chicken tenders have too much coating on them and are quite tough. The mashed potatoes should be changed to a better brand that tastes like real mashed potatoes, along with the gravy. Many diners would prefer a more flavorful, authentic potato dish instead of the current baby mashed potatoes. As someone in my 50s, I can attest that these items have not improved over time. It's 2023, not 1950. Service is limited to takeout."

"That was my best Chicken joint experience I ever had; Robert at KFC was very nice and friendly - he even remembered the names of the people he served and had a sense of professionalism with a flare of comedic relief at the same time. It was such an amazing experience that I have never experienced in my life for a chicken joint. It was surreal in a sense that I never expected from a KFC, it was like I was in a restaurant, I am not sure whether this was a regular appearance or just a blow of pure madness luck, but he seemed consistent in his services for the other customers before and after me. Hands down my first life experience in a place like this (KFC, Popeyes, churches). To also touch, the other servers/workers were also very friendly and beautiful - the facility was very clean, including the toilets as well."

"I admit it has been a while since I've been to a KFC, and I am pleasantly surprised to find the quality of fare at KFC has improved. My memory from the past was stale and overdone, much like the cooking back then, but on my most recent visit, I discovered the meal freshly fried, crispy but not hard, toothsome and juicy! I'd hate to admit it, but I rather enjoyed the food experience. Also, the dining area was as clean as Col. Sanders would have demanded. Did you know that Mr. Harland Sanders was nearly Senator Sanders? The only thing holding this review back from more stars was the wait, and the price. If the price was worth the wait, then it wouldn't matter."

"Apparently, they received no deliveries this particular day, so there was no coleslaw, no Mac cheese, no buns for a chicken sandwich a a manager that threw his employees under the bus while he leaves the store in search of product. These poor kids had no clue what to do. We ordered online then went to pick up. We had to wait 45 minutes for chicken &mashed potatoes. We paid for an 8 piece meal 3 chicken sandwich meals ended up with chicken sandwiches on mini buns, chicken, potatoes gravy, a handful of cookies. Had we known before placing the order paying for it, we would not have ordered. We won't be back."
