It is a good idea to know what you want because everything is made fresh to order, so it will be a little time. The dosa is top notch. There are many to choose from so no difference. Maybe you can ask for an explanation, but if you are not familiar with Indian food, make your research before you go. Expect everything to be a little sharp. There are no Frills or Fanciness. You go on and get your own napkins, cutlery, water after the order. You call your number to pick up your food in the window. My favorite part was the planet-friendly solution to refill on the Sam bar. Once you're done, go to the window and ask for a refill. Don't throw the container away if you want more."
