"I ordered a smoothie and avocado toast on Uber Eats. I then received phone calls that avocado toast was unavailable because they don't have bread (a staple item here. I asked to replace with something savory like a salad and was told no because it was more expensive. I was disappointed considering I let them know I couldn't speak over the phone since I was at work. I know if an item is unavailable it can be selected as unavailable on their end, through their system, so I don't need to go through the trouble when ordering. I typically do not leave reviews but the constant calls really rubbed me the wrong way especially when they then asked me to cancel so it didn't negatively effect them. I asked for them just to send the smoothie and they did not."
